Order Delivery

Which locations are deliverable for TopUXDesigners?

We deliver PAN-India to over 21,000 pin codes. If you want to place an international order, please mail us at topuxers@gmail.com.

How long does it take for my order to reach my place?

Once received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (if received on weekdays) or 48 hours (if received on the weekend or public holidays) and it usually takes our delivery partners 3-7 working days to deliver the order at your doorstep.

Is there an extra charge for delivery?

There is a fixed delivery charge of Rs. 60 for all deliveries in India. If you want request a quote for an international delivery, please mail us at topuxers@gmail.com with your chosen products and your full address (Pin Code is a must).

What if I’m not at home to receive my order?

If no one is available to receive your package our shipping partner will get in touch with you over the phone and arrange for delivery on the next day or as per the communication between the shipping partner and you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information you need.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

All customers can cancel the order anytime before the order is shipped. We email every customer once the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we can't get it back, and hence the order cancellations won't be apply here. But if the customer still wish to return the order, they can based on the return and refund policy.

What if the products ordered by me are out of stock?

If any product ordered by you is not in stock, then our fulfillment team will contact you via phone or email, to confirm an alternative product within the same price range or to cancel your order and process your refund.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

You can change or cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. For special cases you can email us at topuxers@gmail.com or call us at +918451032616.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfIed with it? What about my refund?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return of an unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item TopUXDesigners will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). All various payment options are available Credit / Debit Cards PAYPAL UPI payment or Paytm via DM on Instagram @topuxdesigners or @thenichemind

How do I know my payment and my card or bank information is safe?

We use PayUBiz as our payment gateway which is one of the safest payment gateways in the world.

Is it compulsory for me to create an account on TopUXDesigners for me to order products?

No, it’s not compulsory for you to create an account on the website to place an order. But it is always recommended so that your order history is saved with us and your next purchase will be completed smoothly and in a time-efficient manner.
